A monthly payment plan may be offered for the convenience of site user. In the case where user chooses the monthly payment option, user agrees to ensure all monthly payments are made until full payment obligation has been achieved per the terms offered at time at purchase. Capital Connection will take every commercially reasonable step to collect any unpaid balance in the event of non-payment.

Commissions Earned:

Site users will be introduced to direct lending sources as appropriate.  All transactions are between the site user and the selected lender.  Site user is entitled to 100% commissions earned as agreed to by said parties.  In some circumstances, lender may compensate Capital Connection based on volume or other commercial measures.  This compensation is independent and above site user compensation and will not be deducted from site user commission(s).

Governing Law.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Service and/or any use by you of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the USA, without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions therein.
